Some jobs certainly are better than others. And any that end up with me being able to sample some of the cooking is always a winner in my book!

Stockland Gladstone engaged me to capture this event. The author of the 4 Ingredient cookbooks, Kym McCosker was doing one of her demonstrations in-store and they wanted to make sure they captured the event properly. As an avid home cook, I very much enjoyed capturing this one.
